1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using DriverBoard (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. User Verification & FMCSA Compliance
Drivers using our platform certify that all CDL numbers, years of experience, and medical cards provided are true and accurate under penalty of verification audits. Carriers agree to perform final hiring reviews in compliance with Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) guidelines.
3. Job Applications & Monetization Gate
Free driver account slots permit submitting one (1) job application. Subsequent postings require purchasing a Driver Pro subscription. Subscription payments are billed monthly and subject to terms.
4. Limitation of Liability
DriverBoard serves as a marketplace matching portal. We do not inspect equipment, guarantee driver hiring contracts, or assume liability for cargo damage, vehicle operations, or employer disputes.
